with fuel cell technology to sucessfully retrofit an existing
product line - easily.

TOOLING |
|
FCCI understands the importance of
consistency in manufacturing. As such, we operate a complete
in-house tool design and fabrication facility using state-of-the-art
design tools. Our tools include: include Pro-E 3D modeling, Pro-E
Mechanica, finite element analysis, Solidworks 2 & 3D design and
2 & 3D camworks for manufacturing. Products are developed
utilizing rapid prototype philosophies and technologies such as
stereolithography to quickly transition ideas to production ready
designs.

TESTING |
|
FCCI meets or exceeds all customer
quality requirements utilizing the latest measuring equipment,
statistical software and inspection equipment. Finished products are
rigorously tested- in many cases under conditions that far exceed
normal operation.
