PLATES-GRAPHITE |

Bi-Polar
Plates:
FCCI specializes in
high production runs of machined plates from its own blended or
customer specified materials for a wide range of applications in
transportation, lighting, communications and residential power
generation, among others. Additional services include prototyping
and small production runs.
Net Molded Carbon Graphite
Plates:
FCCI provides all the
services required to net mold fuel cell plates: mold design,
manufacture and high rate production. Plates will soon be available
with integral gasketing.
Aluminum End Plates, Manifolds and
Housings:
Made of aluminum or
other customer specified materials, FCCI supplies machined
production components. Prototypes are available.

Fuel Storage
Systems:
Fuel Storage Systems
utilize canisters developed by TechnaPulse, LLC that are
lightweight, hermetically sealed and strong. The TechnaPulse
canisters are magnetically pulse welded and when filled with a metal
hydride, can store up to 5 times the amount of hydrogen as a
standard container of the same volume without the hydride. This is
accomplished at very low pressures. The canisters have been tested
and certified by New York Test Laboratory for burst, leaks and
fatigue. FCCI provides custom fuel storage systems in lengths and
diameters to fit your requirements. Ask us about our Power Pack

Graphite Material:
As a
supplier of graphite material, FCCI provides high quality natural
graphite directly to customer applications. FCCI also provides
highly capable blended materials for fuel cell plate development and
